Photo Field Trip ...

Did you know that today is "Sense of Smell Day"? I've been able to go on a lot of fun field trips, but none that smelled as sweet this week's visit to Krispy Kreme with my daughter Anna and Mrs. Gillean's second grade class.

Let us know about some of the sweet-smelling places you've visited when you get in touch at HisKids.net!

Biagi-vision ...

Our most recent HisKids.net Field Trip gave us a chance to see Rob Biagi in concert at South Church in Lansing, MI. The next best thing to being there in person is taking a look at our latest video.

You can also click here to listen to our in-studio visit during the Song Request Contest.

Farm Field Trip

This past week in our Question of the Week, we asked you where you like to go on field trips. While most of you said you'd like to visit an aquarium or zoo, I'm the kind of girl who likes to head on out to the farm. And since dairy week was a few weeks ago, I thought I'd go on a little field trip to learn more about milk.

Let us know what you think about our field trips, and be sure to share them with a friend!

Marvelous MOPS! ...

Last week, Mr. Lee & I had a chance to visit Dallas to share HisKids.net with many marvelous MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers). We even met a few from as far away as Germany and Japan!

These pics were taken on my phone and prove there's a little kid left inside each one of us! :-) [photos online]

Let us know if you're a MOP ... then please tell your friends about HisKids.net!

Sweet Field Trip...

A few weeks ago, my family and I had the opportunity to pack our bags and hit the road for another exciting HisKids.net field trip!

This time, we went to the sweetest town on Earth - Hershey, Pennsylvania. While it would be fun to tell you all about our visit, I think it would be even better if you could see it for yourself!

Chicago Field Trip ...

My family & I recently packed up for another HisKids.net Field Trip ... this time to hear Go Fish sing at a charity softball game hosted by Moody Radio in Chicago.

It was a thrill to meet many listeners and tell new friends about HIS KIDS RADIO & our Wi-Fi Family Radio. We even had a chance to pass out a few cool prizes!

Congratulations to Rachel C, David H, Avery T, and Paul H!

Have fun viewing this video, then please take a moment to tell your friends about HisKids.net!

Hi-Tech Treasure Hunting ...

This summer my family went camping at Indiana Dunes State Park. It wasn't our first time there, but it was the first time we took full advantage of the Nature Center.

We learned about owl puke, watched butterflies "hatch" from their cocoons, released baby snakes into the wild ... AND went geocaching for the very first time.

Learn more about "GPS treasure hunting" in the video below -- then let us know what you've been up to this summer! :-)

All Work and No (okay, some) Play...

Summertime is a great time to get out and play...so we were very excited to get out of the office last week and head out to a fun kids' event called August In Ada.

Buddy-Dodd, our summer helper Joseph, and I had a lot of fun playing great music and helping out at the kids' stage. It was also a treat to meet some of our HIS KIDS RADIO listeners face-to-face!

And of course, the day wouldn't be complete without a sno-cone and a trip down the inflatable slide...who knew work could be this much fun?
