Be on the Cover of Rob's New CD!

If you're in Southern California :o)
This Sun Oct 11 at Compass Bible Church, Aliso Viejo, CA

Rob & Nat survive.jpgHey, friends and family!

I'm doing a photo shoot for the cover of my new CD THIS SUNDAY, October 11th, and if you're going to be in the Southern California area, I want YOU to be a part of it! I'm looking for people to be the audience in a simulated concert. Kind of like the "seat-fillers" at the Academy Awards - ha ha!

All you need to do is arrive at the worship center at Compass Bible Church in Aliso Viejo between 12:50 and 1 p.m. Wear casual clothes and comfortable shoes - you may have to walk a bit to get there, as parking can be tough.

Besides having a chance at being on the cover, you'll get to hear some work-in-progress tracks from my new CD - including some that aren't on the five-song CD!

Here are the details:

12:50-2:30 p.m. Sunday, October 11
Compass Bible Church
150 Columbia
Aliso Viejo 92656

No need to R.S.V.P. - just show up. And bring your friends; we want it to look like the house is full and rockin' for Jesus!

Hope to see you there!

Rob, Kathleen, Matt (age 18 now!), Juli (age 11), and Natalie (age 4) Biagi

Rob & Rocky ...

We've had a ton of fun with Rocky's Roadtrip this summer, and a few of our artists have too! Take a look at this video to see who Rocky was able to spend some time with in Alabama!

(watch video online)

A big thanks to Rob Biagi and the kids at this VBS for allowing Rocky to spend a little time at your church! Rocky has also been spotted recently in Switzerland and at the Mackinaw Bridge (WAY up north in Michigan). Has Rocky been to your state yet? Find out when you view his roadmap!

We've got just a few weeks left with Rocky's Roadtrip, so be sure to get your pictures to us as soon as you can. Don't forget, every kid who sends us a picture will get a HisKids.net wristband, and will also be entered into the grand prize drawing at the end of the summer - you could win an MP3 player full of HIS KIDS RADIO music, stories, and videos!

Thanks From Rob Biagi...

We've been praying for Rob Biagi during the month of July. As we get ready to turn another page on the calendar, we wanted to share one last update from Rob, and a note of thanks:

I have written some new songs! I call them "works-in-progress" (they are not ready for the radio yet), but I am happy with the way they are sounding. It should just be a little while until you're hearing new Rob Biagi Music on HIS KIDS RADIO! Please pray that my new songs: "Welcome You," "Scoot!," "All Kinds of Fun," "You Shine (We're Rockin' Now!)," and "God is Workin' On Me" will be massive worldwide hits that your families will love. :)

We thank God for YOU, our friends who listen faithfully to all the great programs and music on HIS KIDS RADIO. We love you, and we love that you listen to our programs and music and make it a part of your family life! If you need anything for your Children's Church program (sing-a-long tracks, bulk discounts on CD purchases, PowerPoint, song lyrics, etc.), please contact us. We want you to have what you need!

Thanks again for remembering Rob and his family in your prayers. We'll continue to give you some great chances to win his music during PhoneTag and the Song Request Contest!

More From Rob Biagi

By now, you know that we're featuring the music and ministry of Rob Biagi during the month of July. Here's a few more of his prayer requests and praises:

Hey guys - thanks for remembering me (and my family) in prayer this month! My family is a HUGE part of everything I do, so here's how you can pray for them:
  • Kathleen (my wife) would love you to join her in prayer celebrating that Natalie is feeling so good, and doing so well. Nat is almost finished with her Leukemia treatment - to God be the glory! Kathleen has been happy and very productive lately, which is fun for her!
  • Matt (my 18 year-old son) is praying about his future, now that he's a high school graduate. He is an ice hockey referee, and he's going to a big National camp to meet some professional hockey refs. God's will be done!
  • Juli (my 11 year-old daughter) is reading a book with her mom about purity and real love. Please pray that God would speak powerfully through that book and continue bringing them closer in their relationship.
  • Natalie (my 4 year-old daughter) has always said, "Jesus is taking care of me", and she's right! Thanks and praise to God for her strength, courage, and long beautiful hair (it has almost all grown back in since the cancer treatments made it all fall out).
  • I (Rob) an SO GRATEFUL that on Monday, June 8th, I woke up and wanted to get out of bed for the first time in a year! I felt so good, and it's been several days straight since then. It feels SO GOOD to feel good!
We'll have another update from Rob next week, so be sure to check back for more details! And keep listening to HIS KIDS RADIO for your chance to win some of his music when we play PhoneTag and during the Song Request Contest!

Rob Biagi is in the Prayer Chair!

During the month of July, HIS KIDS RADIO will be featuring the music and ministry of Rob Biagi! Over the next few weeks, he'll be sharing some of his prayer requests and praises through this blog.

Hello fans and friends of HIS KIDS RADIO and me, Rob Biagi! :o)

Wow - the "prayer chair" is comfy! I've got LOTS of good news, so you can rejoice with my family and me. My daughter, Natalie (age 4), is doing very well with her Leukemia treatments. In fact, she'll be finishing her treatments (Lord willing) on December 27th of this year! Check out this site for all of the updates, videos, and pictures.

I, Rob, am also feeling REALLY GOOD for the first time since June, 2008. I've been battling a less powerful form of Leukemia and the powerful side effects of my medication - but I'm doing much better!

Please continue to pray that little Natalie's Leukemia will stay away forever, and that my Leukemia will too! Thank you.

We are in full swing this summer with Vacation Bible Schools, and having a great time! (we're doing 7 weeks of them!) I have traveled to Palm Springs, CA, Newport Beach, CA, and I am in Alabama as I type this (my home is in California). There is a wonderful VBS event going on here in Alabama this week. The 4th and 5th graders asked if they could come onstage and sing and dance with me - on the first day! Sometimes 10 and 11-year-old kids act "too cool" to sing and dance along, but not these kids. Thank you for that, Lord!

Please pray that these summer events will be special memories in the hearts and minds of the children, that they might always remember the great times they had in church learning and celebrating God's wonderful kindness and love. (and singing biblical, fun, wild songs!)

We'll hear more from Rob next week, so keep checking back for updates. And be sure to listen to HIS KIDS RADIO for your chance to win some of his great music during PhoneTag and the Song Request Contest!

Rob Biagi Joins Us This Weekend!

Last Sunday, the HIS KIDS RADIO crew had a great opportunity to see Rob Biagi in concert. While he was in the area, he was kind enough to stop by our studios for an exclusive interview!

Take a listen to learn more about a few new songs in the works, an update on his family, and the offical results of who is taller...Buddy-Dodd or Rob Biagi. :)

Do you love Rob's music? Be sure to let us know when you enter the Song Request Contest!

Rob Biagi is in the Prayer Chair!

Here at the HIS KIDS RADIO studios, we get to listen to a lot of great music. Some of it makes us tap our feet, a few songs have us singing along, and even fewer songs make us want to get out of our seats and dance. Many of those "danceable" songs come from one great artist - Rob Biagi!

Rob is a Christian singer and songwriter who travels the country sharing his music and the message of Jesus with kids and families. His wife, Kathleen, helps create great coreography for the songs (and we could definitely use her help when it comes to our moves!)

The Biagi's are really looking forward to the summer. They have several Vacation Bible Schools coming up, so they'll be in front of 7,000-10,000 kids and families over the next few months. They're very thankful to God for that opportunity.

As you're praying for Rob and his family, here are some requests to keep in mind -

  • Please pray that God will give them an extra measure of grace, strength, and stamina to get through the next three months. The family has been consumed with the treatment of their daughter Natalie's lukemia since October, which has been difficult for the entire family.
  • Rob and Kathleen have recently hired three new staff members to help with booking concerts, shipping products, and just keeping track of it all. Pray that the staff will be able to fully surrender to God's will in everything they do.
  • Pray that God will bring peace to the ministry as a whole, to Rob and Kathleen in their marriage, and to their children as well - to their son Matt, and their daughters Juli and Natalie.

  • Thanks so much for your prayers! Here are some fun links you might want to check out!

    What's Going On This Week

Hey everyone - hope you had a great Thanksgiving weekend! We're getting back into the swing of things here at HIS KIDS RADIO, and I wanted to give you a quick glimpse of a few things that are going on this week.
    • This week during PhoneTag - music from Uncle Charlie Bancroft and Rachel Sanchez! Listen for your chance to dial in and win your very own copy of a CD called Superhero, featuring great songs like "All I Need", "Sweeter", "Beautiful One" and many more. Click here to listen to the songs - and while you're there, you can download your favorites!

    • The Kid Countdown is coming! As we get ready to ring in 2008, we'll be counting down your favorite songs from 2007. Vote here to let us know which song you like the best and to make sure it's included in our fun countdown. You'll hear the Kid Countdown starting December 29 on HIS KIDS RADIO!

    • Don't forget - Rob Biagi is in the prayer chair this month. You can check out some of their prayer requests when you visit HisKids.net. As you're praying for him, please pray for Charlie Bancroft as well. He was in a serious car accident a few weeks ago, and needs prayers for healing at this time.

Thanks so much for listening to and supporting the ministries at HisKids.net!

    Pray For The Biagi Family

If you've listened to HIS KIDS RADIO lately, you know that one of our favorite artists is Rob Biagi. Not only will his music rock your socks off, it also teaches us important lessons about prayer, generosity, and faith.

This month, we're putting a special prayer focus on Rob and his family, specifically, his youngest daughter Natalie. At just 2-and-a-half years old, Natalie has been diagnosed with lukemia. Her illness means that she will be spending a lot of time in hospitals, which is hard for her and the rest of her family.

As you're praying for the Biagi family this month, here are some ideas of how to pray -
    • Pray for Natalie's healing. We know that God is the ultimate healer and can do anything!
    • Pray for Rob and his wife Kathleen. Taking care of Natalie has been a full-time job, making it hard for them to get the rest they need.
    • Pray for Natalie's older siblings - brother Matt and sister Juli.
    • Natalie's hospital stays and other medical costs have been very expensive. Pray that God would provide the funds needed to take care of the bills that aren't covered by insurance.
Even though things like this can be scary, we can have hope knowing that God has a plan for all of our lives. We might not know why certain things happen, but we do know that "in all things God works for the good of those who love Him." (Romans 8:28)

You can stay up to date with the Biagi's by clicking this link. They certainly appreciate your prayers!
